Solution p has a ph of 13,solution Q has a ph of 6andsolution R has a ph of 2.which solution:1wiil liberateammonia on heating.2strong acid

Report as

low pH is an acid, so pH 2 is a strong acid. High pH means lots of OH ions, so if ammonia is present the pH 13 solution would give off NH3 (an acid would form NH4+, which is soluble and would not dissociate on heating).
