Any one know a good work out for abs
Russian twists, long arm crunches , leg lifts , curl ups ..........it's all about diversity because there's no single exercise that'll do the trick! Running builds core strength as well!!
Fifty side kicks a day, for a year. That ought to do it.
Crunches, sit ups, inverted sit ups, super lounges, high knee running, and The Ab Rocket. :)
BICYCLE CRUNCHES! Running and jogging are great too!
If you don't lose the layer of flab on your tummy, nobody will see your abs.

If you fall down the stairs just try continuously to get up and that should help your abs.
Sit-ups and crunches WILL NOT GET YOU ABS! Running is good, and so is yoga and Pilates.
