Love, laugh, eat and exercise just the right amount. (In my case, I prefer MORE of the first two, and LESS of the latter two....OK, maybe first THREE, and last one.)

Research is showing it's lifestyle. Not a lot of meat, lots of fruit and vegi's and plenty of good hearty excercise. Get the movie "forks over knives" It says it all.

Don't do drugs. Take vitamins. Don't smoke. When drinking, drink wine. Have faith in God. Be positive in everything. Eat healthy. Excercise. Quit stressing and start meditating. Stop worrying so much. And have good luck.

well for one stay around 1500 to 2000 calories a day and make sure you excercise

oh and definitely do not go vegan because you body need the iron that's in the meat
