How do I get my payment down to the amount that I was quoted when I signed up?

I was quoted 58.99 for tv channels and 50.59 for the internet. this was to be the total price, taxes and all. but I was billed 131.54.

What they do and somehow get away with is add a whole mess of charges on the bill like the tax for wires to your home and tax on air used while you watch tv etc. and sir charges for this that and the other thing.

Look at your bill, and see what the other $21.96 is for.
If your cable/internet are more than you were quoted ... call and ask why.
Maybe you got signed up on a special, and that has expired.

Looks like you paid for two months, with an additional $11.78, which is likely taxes and fees which they weren't up front about. You own the checkbook, make a decision.
