Is a single episode of passing out and regaining consciousness moving in a seizure-like way (banging head) a cause for serious concern?

my 15-year-old had a single episode where she passed out after standing up and came to moving her head in a seizure-like way What could this be?

The fainting could be as a result of low blood pressure or abnormal levels of glucose in the blood as a result of diabetes. The seizure like movement on the other hand, is unusual and you should visit a medical practitioner for tests and diagnosis.

One should always go to the doctor if it is their first seizure, or if the cause is unknown.

Severe dehydration?
Sun stroke?
Has she struck her head recently?
Over medicated with something like acetaminofen?
Secretly abusing OTC meds or prescription meds with friends?
