She did good things and supposedly miracles have occurred in her name. If you read her autobiography, you realize that she no longer believed in god but continued her work because she felt it was important.

Mother Teresa was a good person and did a lot for the poor and Catholics have psyched themselves into believing she commited two or three miracles AFTER she died thereby qualufying her for sainthood in catholic eyes.

Saints (to become a recognized saint)
You have to have done PROVEN
Miracles(like healing). There needs to be witnesses or visable proof!
