I'm 14 turning 15 and I'm 5'2 and 80 pounds I know it isn't normal but I'm trying to gain weight what's the best way to!?
You're my size, and I weigh 116. You should, at least be at 100 pounds. Eat a lot of protein and build up muscle (muscle weighs more than fat).
Eat protein, and maybe if you are athletic, go to the gym and work out and you could gain muscle weight
don't exercise, eat a lot, and be lazy. that's what I did
