Just started Atkins Diet and am constantly hungry.
I am 19 years old and extremely overweight (265 lbs) given that I am only 5.7". I have only been on this Atkins Diet for 2 days now, and the thing I am struggling with, isn't the craving for breads, its the craving for food in general.
After I eat a meal, I'll be fine for maybe 3 hours, and then all of a sudden I'm extremely hungry again. Is it just habit that I am constantly hungry (used to snacking all day long) or am I not eating enough variety (getting 12-14 carbs from vegetables, and 5-8 from meat).
Does anyone know anything low on carbs that is good to snack on between meals?
