I ate one spoon of expired yogurt

I have a stomach virus that caused diarrhea but I just ate one spoon of expired yogurt I was wondering will it effect it even more?

plain fresh yogurt is good to eat when you have diarrhea it stops the diarrhea i tried that many times and nothing will happen if you ate expired yogurt you will be fine...

It is not advisable to eat anything that has expired because you can get bad side effect. You need to contact your doctor right away and he will prescribe the right medication.

Expired for how long. A couple days past the date, probably not a big deal. A year past the date, possible problems. If you have a stomach problem yogurt might not be the best good to eat anyway.

If u didn't c anything growing on it, 99% chance its fine. Even old yogurt will b very good for your stomach virus.

Inspect everything u eat, but i sometimes think those dates r just so they can sell more product

If it was only a couple of days past the expiration days then you should be fine. :)

Yogurt is already basically soured milk. Its fine unless its growing mold or has been sitting out.
