Just heard an advertisement for a Brazilian butt work out. It looked like variations of squats and other exersises that target the thigh and butt region. Good luck..in the ad. People were sweating..
Why should you care about that?
If your not dying your not trying, if you dont push your self till it hurts your not working out
You just have to diet and exercise...or be comfortable in your own skin.
Stay on a diet and exercise everyday. Btw your not fat you look beautiful to me.
