Can a loan be processed from a faxed loan application in California?

If u fax ur application with all of the info needed, it should b ok. Make sure it's a legit company. U should research the company before sending personal info. If u know it's legit for sure than get a confirmation number. Also an address not a po box, that the fax will go to. They should b able to process it on the phone as well
