You can't, because anger is an infestation that will invade you all your life. but you CAN learn to control it by replacing the tough moments with something more constructive like telling yourself that you will only be angry for a few more minutes then take a breath before choosing to move on from it.
Play violent video games! Yes I know it's controversial to play them, but releasing my anger on virtual characters always helps me. WARNING: Make sure you can distinguish right from wrong so you know what you do in game shouldn't happen in real life. Video games can help get rid of anger, but if it just adds to your anger than drop it.
-go jogging -sing, really loudly, to a few of your favourite songs. doesnt matter if u suck, just sing as loud as you can. -attack a pillow - bite it, punch it, scream at it, kick it, throw it around the room -burn stuff. carefully, though. like little pieces of paper or something, just make sure you don't destroy anyone's possessions!
