Minorities are overly protected. For example, if a guy slaps you and you punch him it's a natural consequence, if a woman slaps you and you punch her the media considers it heartless abuse. It is just how it is nowadays, people who are considered "Minorities" are sheltered from any last scrap of harm.
The african american schools and/or colleges here, are that way because whites and other's choose not to go to them, not because they are classified as "all black". I have seen whites in these schools. Whatever the reason, some simply choose other colleges/schools. It could have something to do with the area the school/college is located in, as it does here.. While I agree with Strelok about the man/women domestic violence aspect, I don't think minorities in itself are overly protected.
Stelok is totally correct. I do however believe a man shouldn't hit a woman unless he's defending his life. On the other hand minorities are overly protected and that needs to change. We are all US citizens and should have equal rights
For the same reason that it's okay to have pageants for just black women or just latino women but not for just white women. For the same reason that there can be all girl's schools but not all boy's schools. For the same reason that a country club can cater to women only but not to men only. Because the United States is full of double standards.
Because, unfortunately, there is an extreme "double standard" in this country - perpetuated by progressives in order to keep minorities "in their place" by making them feel "special" rather than "equal". Whites are "racist" if they choose to have an all white school - but blacks are "entitled" to it. That's how they are "controlled". They are never better off - but are always convinced that they will be as long as they vote the "right way". Pathetic - but they fall for it every time! Minorities are not encouraged to make something of themselves on their own, but to depend on "nanny" so they can be controlled. And if they don't get smart real soon - this country will consist of only "takers" and no "givers". It's just a matter of time.
