Chemical elements that the body needs?

Magnesium , Potassium , Selenium, Iron , and a few more that I can't think of at the moment . Easy google question if you care to look ! Zinc and calcium and sulphur are a few more .

The main elements in your body are carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorous, and sulfur. You can remember these with the acronym CHNOPS. There are other elements too, such as iron and calcium, but they are in much lower concentrations than the six mentioned above.
