What's the "healthy weight" for me?

I'm 14 and 5'3.
I'm not sure what weight I SHOULD be. Anybody know?

Anywhere from 95-125 should be healthy, but it also depends on what the existing weight is. Muscle is quite heavy, but it's extremely heathy to have. Fat is less heavy, but you don't want too much of that.
