excerisce everyday healthy diet salads low carb diet been on it for 3 weeks just wanna lose weight in thighs but I haven't please help!!
I've been on a low carb diet for 3 weeks now, and I've only had two cheat days where I eat carbs which I read was good so then it like restarts your diet or something. and I just want to loose weight around my thighs. right now their 22.5 inches. I'd like to get them down to about 20 inches or 19.5. I do about 30 mins cardio or running almost everyday and some weight training on my arms or stomach. somedays ill do just dance for at least a hour. and then around 12000 calories a day. and like 30 carbs or less. if u have any workout plans or diet plans please let me know!!!!!!! I did loose a lot of weight last year 25 lbs. low carb and it worked but then I sort of starved myself, so this was exactly 1 year a go so i dont know if maybe that has an effect on my metabolism. PLEASE HELP!
