That's a good question. An even better one is: did he have a belly button?

No he didn't. A belly button comes from the umbilical cord cut at birth. Adam was never carried in a womb nor born. He was made of dust.

He didn't really exist, and the story doesn't tell you. That's not what's important about the story anyway.

After I ask this question. I was informed Adam was 930. Methuselah lived to be 969. We today barely make it to 80.

Memphis you're right. Ignore this persons answer they don't know.

This question got me thinking. He was created as an adult, right? So how do you actually even count his age? From the day he was made or adding to that all the years he didn't have?

Adam was 930 years old. God has shortened our lifespan since... Thank God!

Genesis 5:5 tells us that Adam lived a total of 930 years until his death. He was created by the very hands of God Himself, which would ensure longevity.

As stated above the bible says that Adam lived 930 years, the oldest person mentioned in the bible is Methuselah, who is supposed to have lived 969 years. The oldest person on record is in the Sumerian Kings list, Alalngar, and Dumuzid, the Shepherd, both who reigned Sumer for over 30,000 years.

Oh but all are myths, and no one ever lived to any where that old.

(Genesis 5:1-32). Has a History from Adam to Noah, and how long they each lived. From what I can see none of them lived past 1000 years. "Here is a list of some of the descendants of Adam--- the man who was like God from the day of his creation." (Genesis 5:1). Living Bible. Jesus himself quoted from the Genesis account. "Don't you read the Scriptures ? " he replied. "In them it is written that at the beginning God created man and women," (Matthew 19:4). Living Bible
Since Jesus believed the Genesis account to be factual, should we not believe it too?
