You should try thinking more positive, and focus on anything that makes you happy. Listen to music, do some yoga, drink some tea. Do whatever it takes to make yourself happy. Within reason. I hope you feel better soon. ^~^
hi Tammy_13 i been the same way for the last couple of weeks.. and guess what..to start you need to b3 yourself be proud that god give you another day to be with family and loves one... you could listen to your fav music write or anything fun that comes to your mind ... if you stay strong trust me you will be much better than all of us.. when im like that i use a pen and a notebook to freed my feelings.. don't make it to be worst here's a secret ( smile) god will be happy.

The best help comes from God, who comforts, encourages, refreshes and cheers us up when we need it. (2 Corinthians 7:6) The Bible does not suggest that God removes all our difficulties now. However, God does impart the strength to cope with "all things", including times when we are feeling low. (Philippians 4:13) When painful emotions are overwhelming, please try approaching "the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort," knowing that he understands your feelings and needs.
