How do you lose 12 pounds in a week?

I need to lose 12 pounds in a week, I know it is unhealthy but I have to. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You can't!

I lost 16 pounds in ten days, but I wasn't able to eat anything and was constantly vomiting.

Even if you COULD lose that much tht fast you'd be so weak and unhealthy that you'd barely be able to stand.

You can't, even starvation and extreme excercise can't do all that in a week. You can meet yourself half way there easily by eating perfectly healthily, controlling your portions, and exercising a lot (focus on cardio).

Ik an easy way to make it work
1.stretch when's wake up and when u go to bed
2.have a good diet
3.exercise daily (maybe like 100-300 sit-ups,push-ups,etc.
4.walk daily it's a great exercise and burns a LOT of calories plus it doesn't hurt maybe go around the block with a friend talking and on ur phone haha
5.go to bed early
6.dont eat 3 hours before u go to bed

You do for the first few days, them there's a rapid weight loss. Regardless, the point went right over your head.
