How to lose weight?

I'm 15 years old and I am about 5'11" i weigh about 165 lbs. and I have tried dieting multiple time but it hasn't worked for me I used an app for my iPod touch called myfitnesspal and loseit but nothing has worked so how can i lose weight with out dieting

Mainly portion control on pretty much whatever you want, I lost about 100lbs like that. Just try to stay strict with how much you eat

Ask yourself if you are bored or actually hungry it worked for me I lost 25 pounds by doing that

You need to make sure you are not burning more calories than you take in... drink plenty of fluids, and I would work out every other day or everyday working out a different part of your body

If you are 5'11" tall and only 165 lbs you are at a good weight already. You should probably be focusing more on toning up and staying in shape by eating a good diet and getting outside to exercise and play sports, games etc...being active is the key.

I see then what you should be working on is toning up your body and not trying to lose weight. Get active and try excercising on a regular basis. Sit up, crunches and stretching will help slim your waist down. Also Yoga is great at toning up the whole body.

Is there anything I can check out online or apps I have an app for situps which is good but is there anything you would recommend like a website app or anything

Well, I don't know of any apps for down load, but you can also do push ups to help develope your chest muscles. Also if you have access to a pull up bar you can do pull ups to develope your shoulder muscles and also do leg lift crunchs while hanging from the bar as this will help develope/strengthen your abs. I would also try jogging or jump rope to help w/ building up your endurance/stamina along w/ it helping to speed up your metabolism. Good Luck.

Drink plenty of water, don't need to get dehydrated. Exercise, NO JUNK FOODS! Energy drinks are a no go too, No matter what they say. It tires you out after a while, so No

Key to losing weighhtttttt = DONT EAT AFTER 7:30, when you eat and get ready for bed your body cant burn or turn you food into energy(;

Don't worry about being skinny, focus on becoming healthy and fit. If you can get that to happen then you will be more confidant and become skinnier.

Keep your carbs down to 30 per day. No bread, pasta, potatoes,rice, etc. No sweets or regular soda. Drink LOTS of water and take a multivitamin. Eat very little fruit. You can melt the pounds off in a short period of time. Eat all the fish, meat, eggs and cheese as often as you like. They have no carbs;. You should not get hungry. This is a high protien diet.

Getting fit is a life style change. Honestly you have to first love yourself for who you are and just make you better. This change is about choices. Pack yourself healthy snacks and stay way from empty calories like soda, juices, and candy. Also work out. Getting your heart rate up speeds your metabolism. Remember be loyal to yourself and make a commitment to you. Also when you fall off the plan just get right back.

Well you are asking for the ways to lose your weight without dieting.

You know the standard procedure for losing weight is to follow a healthy dietary intake and do regular exercise that is suitable for you.

Beside dieting you may continue some sort of exercise that is appropriate for you. No need to do hard and tough one. Just follow an exercise to ensure that you are losing some calories daily. It may be like that you are already doing or swimming, biking, jogging, running etc.

Follow these guidelines and you should lose at a healthy rate. Make sure you incorporate four cups of green tea and lemon everyday. Make sure you count your calories. Never go under 800. Make sure you run or do some sort of cardio for at least 30 mins 4 times a week. DON'T TRUST THE SCALES. Use a measuring strip & take your measurements weekly. Scales can be untruthful because of water weight. Do a body wrap using vitamin E oil and Farewell to Cellulite lotion (both can be found at Wal-Mart). Massage the oil and lotion on the problem areas & wrap tight in plastic wrap. Relax in warm clothes & a warm blanket for two hours. This will get rid of bloating in that area taking off about an inch. Take a day or two out of the month to not eat anything. Drink a little juice, water, & light calorie sports drinks on those days. DO NOT BINGE EAT. Always stay aware of what you're eating. Make sure to eat lots of raw veggies. Do not cook the vegetables because when they are raw they are harder to digest & keep you fuller longer. Don't let yourself get to where you feel sick. If you feel like you may get sick eat. Apples and oranges help.

To lose weight, you must follow a schedule and should do regular exercise. You should consume a proper diet that contains low calorie foods. Most importantly, you have to drink lots of water through the day and you can also do some other physical activities like running, cycling etc.
