I settled a CC suit by paying consent agreement amount. Attorney's letter said "voluntarily dismissed with prejudice". Can I be sued again?

They agreed to the payment amount, so they cannot sue you again. To be on the safe side, just keep all related paperwork, in case you need to show proof that it's been paid.

"... With prejudice" means they can't bring the suit again.
