My mother is an ex-chef. I know how to cook, and in my opinion I would say, Eggs with toast, if you want that extra flavor, add some bacon. Then you should be good to go if you drink coffee or juice. :)
Lots of great suggestions here, but when I'm in a hurry, I like to whip up a yogurt parfait. I use plain vanilla yogurt. I toss in some granola and blueberries or strawberries...whatever hasn't gone bad in the fridge.
Egg muffin (egg which can be done in microwave on english muffin with ham and cheese or what ever you want) scrambled eggs, fried eggs, eggs and toast, omelette, pancakes or waffles (u can always make them the night or so before and just microwave them in the morning, homemade muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, homemade granola bar, banana bread (if u bake it the day before) or yogurt! Thats all i can think of off the top of my mind :D
