Low blood sugar during pregnancy is common and can make you feel light headed. The body is now working harder and burning more calories to create a new life and this can be a strain. I had six children and each time, I had to eat a small snack before I got out of bed, a few times during the day and before I went to bed. I also used ginger root tea and chamomile tea for nausea and morning sickness and this helped a lot. I hope you feel better and if these suggestions do not work in a couple of days, you should see your doctor. Take care.
