How do I transfer DSi games I saved onto my SD card to my 3DS?

My sister just got a 3DS and I have had mine since April, before we traded her DSi XL in, I saved all the games onto the SD card. Now that we are home, I tried to figure out how to put them on the 3DS, but the old SD card only had 1 folder named "private" which opened into "ds", then "app" and "title", then some junk named 4B4E...
