How can I not feel groggy in the morning?

I don't drink coffee or energy drinks.

It helps to exercise it gets your blood pumping and helps you feel more awake and less groggy . That's what I do it helps .

Well.... You should train yourself to start drinking coffee.... Then go get a caramel Machiatto from Starbucks..

Wake up before you go to school/work and your body will get used to being up so that at school/work you can be awake. If this doesn't work that we'll then take a little run in the morning!

Sometimes being groggy in the morning means to MUCH sleep. But if not you could always stick your head in a bucket of cold water in the morning, THAT will sure take the grogginess out of you. ;)

I depends, if you fall asleep around 12:00am and wake up at 7:00am you may not be getting enough sleep. Also it matters what kind of job you have. If you walk around a lot during the day you take some of your energy. Try falling asleep as early as possible and get at least 8 hours of sleep. If not, you will be tired during the day. Also if you are messing with your sleeping patterns then it will mess with you.

Drink some hot tea or covo in the morning, take a cool shower, take a nice brisk walk in the morning, do something that gets the blood pumping.

Make yourself a nice cup of tea and drink it slowly. Afterwards go for a short walk or long walk whatever your choice for either one and when done go home and take a warm soothing shower. Usually what I do when get up of mornings and it makes me feel pretty darn good....

Make sure you get enough sleep. If you have too much sleep, or too less, you'll feel groggy when you wake up.
Take a cool shower.
Eat a healthy breakfast. Drink something refreshing.
Exercise. You can try to take a walk around the neighborhood early in the morning.

I have noticed orange juice helps. Vitamin C. Coffee helps me personally. Maybe a one-a-day multivitamin.

Since your body naturaly makes a chemical in your body that allows you to sleep..deeper..different stages..it needes to be counterated..out of your blood stream?
another chemical...I choose The darkest strongest coffee..drink fast,with ice cube and sit back..then....go.go.go.!

Don't eat any carbs or anything heavy 3 hours before you go to bed. Your body is suppose to be regenerating, and if you eat it has to work while you're asleep and you don't get the benefit of a really good sleep.

Going to bed early isnt always good the body will let you know if your to tried so i will suggest that you get a book while you going to bed early and read you only suppose to have 6 hours of sleep.

I like having a bright full spectrum light on in the morning to wake you up. It's pleasant and tells your circadian rhythm that it's time to be awake.

go to bed earlier to get a good night sleep and make sure you dont stay up all night. Make sure you dont skip any meals during the day especially breakfast.

what are your dreams like while your asleep at night. If your having vivid dream then it could be that your mentally tired for your dream episode. Happens to me a lot and it's nothing new.
