if you are asking for good and healthy? It's steamed! You can buy these steamer things made out of stainless which open or close like a flower and you use them standing in a small amount of water in a pot; lay the veggies on top, sprinkle some spices/salt/pepper , close lid and bring to a FULL boil, take off and let sit for a few minutes(adjust the time to how crunchy or cooked you want them), take out and serve with a drizzle of Olive Oil and/or grated cheese.

Vegetables such as carrots, celery, peppers can be eaten raw. Believe it or not, cooking them in the microwave steams them. You can wrap them in wax paper and cook for a short period of time. Be sure you eat a balanced diet.
I don't know, but my mom has an awesome recipe for carrots. It used to be my favorite food when I was six, and when I ate carrots the way other people made them, (steamed), I didn't expect the difference in taste and I didn't like them. It was weird to me to find out that there are a number of people who don't like carrots, and I felt like I had been sheltered or something. (I don't now, it feels like the rest of society is sheltered.) I'll try to find the recipe and comment what it is below if you want to know it. She cuts them up like she would if she were to cut them up for a salad, puts it in a pan, puts olive oil on it, chops up some onions to add with it, waits until the carrots start to turn black a little, and mm, mm, mm.
What are you asking? "Best way" means different things to different people. Me? Like my veggies wi' plenty o' butter or cheese to coat 'em. If you eat your veggies, you get more fiber in your diet, which makes you poop "better" according to some. Why are you so interested in eating veggies?
the best way, for your health, is raw. It keeps your enzymes in your digestive system alive and working. When you don't eat raw for a long time (years) you get gas a lot from not having the live enzymes active to digest the raw food. Plus it cleans your system.
