Which is the best multivitamin for men?

There are various multivitamins for men considered to be good like centrum, life force multiple and Anavite among others. You can also get other prescriptions from pharmacists or visit a nutritionist foe ideas on better brands.

Vitamin D is the only one that you can overdose on. All other vitamins I have been told you can take as much as you want, because anything that your body does not want will come out in your pee. Chloraphyll, Blue Green Algae with and Acidophylus supplement are good and fun in a healthy way. If you are female some people say that B12 is important. Flax seed oil is supposed to encourage healthy hair. Magnesium I think that maybe your doctor can do a blood test to check your levels of that.
These days I just try to choose a Multi that is low on Vitamin D or preferably where Vitamin D is absent. Then you can just pop it and go with out too much thought.

You have to take mega mega doses of vitamin D to "overdose" on it. The vast majority of the population, especially woment, are vitamin D deficant. And while sunshine helps the body the create vitamin D (it's actually closer to a hormone than a vitamin) supplementing with D is vital to ones health. Think about it. It is so important to our bodies that we create it.

If I could only take one supplement it would be Chlorella. But I would also recommend vitamin D3 unless you spend a lot of time out doors in the sun.

something formulated for men.examples(aminos,b vitamins etc
is healthy and organically bound for maximum absorption.
there's some truth to the we need vitamins vs.our food is sufficient.
i'd research it.

I recommend ZMA (Zinc, magnesium, aspartate) they a herbal. They help with getting a restful sleep, muscles, boosting your testosterone levels, and regulating your metabolic rate. Take 2 before bed with water (do NOT take with milk).
