According to weight charts, What i learned in many nursing classes is a Low weight is 115, normal is 130, and a high weight (which would be obese) is 150. This is based on health not preference. Being only 14 I believe you are fine, but you definitely need to continue eating right and do not try to lose any weight.
If you are overweight, you know it by how you feel, how your clothes fit or how you look. But, by how much are you really overweight? And how much weight do you need to lose? One measure of how much you should weight is by determining your Body Mass Index, BMI. This index gives you the relationship of your weight to your height. Here is the formula on this article http://doctorfitnessworld.blogspot.com/2013/04/are-you-really-overweight.html

I'l just say this straight up ur underweight that's not the healthiest thing really but if you keep on hearing that your perfect and all u will never know. People answering are def overreacting underweight isn't really healthy
From what you are saying, your Body Mass Index is 17.1, and you are a bit underweight, according to standards. You can find out more information using online tools such as the GB HealthWatch BMI Calculator: http://www.gbhealthwatch.com/BMI_calculator.php This tool can also help you plan a diet to gain a bit of weight, considering the right balance of nutrients. As Cakey6 says: yes, the important thing is to try to stay healthy; there are other factors than just weight, affecting your health (including your genes!)
