Not sure if I am eating the proper diet.
I am 5'10 158lb female (19) I work out everyday but i am not sure if i am eating the correct amount of calories or a well rounded diet. I am trying to lose as much weight as possible quickly! (summer is coming)!! but trying to do it healthy. Im trying to cut out all whole grains from my diet.. here is an example of what i ate today:
old fashioned oatmeal
nonfat plain greek yogurt
sugar free cocoa
broccoli cole slaw
5 egg whites
(didnt finish this whole meal)
protein smoother (after a light workout with weights)
my total calorie intake for today is 1,181
my recommended calorie intake is set at 1,449
i take a multivitamin, b complex vitamin everyday also
I am so afraid i will not lose any weight if i eat any more food!
I am also so tired and crabby/irritable, it also feels like my heart rate is elevated sometimes when im not doing anything, also feel very fatigued.. im not sure if i am not getting enough sleep or am not eating enough calories.. any suggestions?!
i also drink water and green tea daily.
