People in america have this funny idea stuck in their head that starving and malnurishing themselves will help them lose weight. Problem is that when you starve yourself your body starts to absorb more food which will ultimately make you fat. What you do need to do is eat right, avoid all salt and all sugar you can. Eat meat, fruit, veggies. carbs but low carbs and ull be fine. Also stay away from white bread, because it turns into sugar and sugar turns into fat.
