I took both honors and AP classes in high school. Honors looks good to colleges and goes at a faster pace than normal classes. Look at my answer for AP classes

And how do you get into Honors?
Report as
You don't need to apply. You can usually just sign up for the class :)
Report as
It's for students who are bored of normal classes, and are more dedicated to their school work.

AP classes in high school are college level courses. It's a year long class that prepares you for the exam in May. If you pass the exam, you will obtain the college credits for that class.

It is an inexpensive way to easily obtain multiple college credits which will go towards your degree.
