You can dry rosemary using the traditional or quick dry method, which can take up to two weeks or just a few hours. To use the quick dry method, wash the rosemary sprigs and spin them in the salad spinner to remove excess water. Remove the discolored leaves and cut the herbs into 1/4 inch pieces and line them up on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven at the lowest setting for a few hours.
