How do I get my Ipad to unfreeze from the main screen which has a pop-up about not enough storage? It's stuck.

Reads "This iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. You can manage your storage in Settings." When I select close or settings, it accepts the selection but still doesn't go anywhere. Because it won't, I can't go any future.

Hold the power and home buttons for about 15 seconds. This is like a total shutdown that turns the iPad off even when it is frozen

Beat me to it. Its technically called a hard reset. Forces the hardware to kill the power and cycle the device though. DO THIS!!

Charge it and shut it down (turn it all the way off )for some hours and then delete some apps .

The best thing to do is to connect it to the computer via the USB cable and transfer some of the files. You can also delete some of the unwanted files or apps to create some space on it. Once you have transferred and deleted the files, you will unplug the device, switch it off and then back on to see how it behaves.
