I have anger issues , and pretty bad stress . What are some ways to help keep my stress and anger down ?
Exercise; walk, ride a bike, swim, or whatever you like. Exercise releases endorphins which help you be happier and not as stressed. (:
music is the cure to stress and anger. :) also try getting a hobby and taking breaks in between your work. good luck! :)
Also if your cooking meat and you tenderize it just beat it and you'll get it all out, i know i did :D
Get a stress ball or throw something!)
