How many Allies does the U.S have right now?

Report as

This question is hard to answer directly, as we have mutual defense treaties with ASEAN, NATO, ANZUS, and regional defense under the Monroe Doctrine. We have economic relations (most favored nation) status with China, Russia, & European Union states. Individual nations that are considered important allies: United Kingdom (for defense, our most important bi-lateral partner) Canada (biggest trade partner) Israel, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Iraq, France, Germany, South Korea.

Except Japan doesn't have an army

They have a self-defense force, and a fairly well-equipped army. Google it.

Basically any country would side with the US besides North Korea, maybe China or Vietnam, Cuba, etc
