My female hamster is bleeding I'm not really sure if its from her anus or vagina, is she pregnant or sick?

she's only 3-4 months old. lately I've been feeding her just with carrots. *she shares a cage with my male hamster. Help please :(

Give her a break by keeping the male out of her cage for a long while. If not permanently.

Male hamsters never leave female hamsters alone, so the female hamsters don't get a long break from them tormenting them with s_x, (just like human females have to go through).
And... hamsters can not "live-on" carrots. They need hamster pellets and food and vitamins.

Yes, absolutely "separate the male hamster from the female hamster".
He is most likely tormenting her "non-stop" when you are not watching.

Buy her some some good treats and some good pellets, and see if she improves within 1 week.

The pellets and seeds you give them should be fresh.
If the food in their cage is old or wet from them going to the bathroom on it, the food should be changed.
Also, besides keeping them separated from each other, make sure the bedding or shavings is changed once per week, and make sure the water is changed in the water bottle once or twice per week.

It seems like the hamster is experiencing a tumor in the womb or ovaries. Maybe antibiotics might help to get rid of the blood a little. However, you should see the vet for a check to evaluate the cause.
