Why is it a good idea to wear a bra to bed?

Some of my friends say it's a good idea to wear a bra to bed because it supports. But I need more advice. HELP!!

They actually say not to wear your bra to bed. So I wouldn't listen to your friends.

Supposed to keep them perkier longer, but I can't stand wearing one to bed not even an sports bra to bed.

what? lol i dont think they know what ther talking about... it doesnt keep them 'young /perky longer' but i use to think that too...

Ugh I can't stand sleeping with bras on they move over your chest so yeah they defiantly don't make them "perkier"

First thing i take off when i walk through the door so pretty sure i'm not gonna put it on to sleep. Do what's right for you and stop listening to stupid people.

doesn't matter but i think that it does help so that if you run out of clean bras you don't have a problem it looks like you are already wearing. but comfort is also important

Well if you dont mind being flatchested because without a bra at night, your twins can grow. The bra would hold them in place and wont let them really grow
