Because the question has no known answer, reread the guidelines, and you'll see that such questions aren't allowed at the site. And by the way, there is no president of the world, THAT is why the question was deleted in my opinion.
If your question wasn't violating the rules, I can't see why they'd delete it. I had that happen to me recently. A question of mine was deleted for having asked it more than once. But I didn't. A friend if mine also deleted her account and the only way you can do this is by sending ghem a request. It then was deleted and an email was sent to her saying her account was deleted fir violating the rules. She said, "What? I asked them to delete my account." In my opinion, Ask.com is just full if glitches. I think the next time your question is deleted and you did nothing wrong, just ask the question again.
