How can I get good at flexibility?

You can definitely try yoga and morning stretches. Also running can make you less flexible and tighten muscles. Keep that in mind.

To get good at flexibility, you need to be consistent with your work out, have self motivation as the key drive to your exercises and you can also sign for a Yoga or Pilates class.

stretching certain areas of your body. warm ups and cool downs before doing any flexibility exercises or workout be sure you stretch alot
