hashbrowns (my homemade kind), extra crispy bacon, and fried eggs (whites cooked all the way yolk runny) on top of the hashbrowns with a big cup of coffee and good company. oooh, or grandmas bisquits and gravy. otherwise I just have a protein shake, not as tasty, but healthier.
