"You" can avoid chaos and stress by encouraging within yourself those peaceful things you desire. Religions do that, many phosophies, as well as yoga and stress reduction techniques and considerations. I think your best bet would be an eastern philodlsophy, possibly Buddism, or study the works of an Indian Yogi.
Definitely camping. I'd give anything to be sitting on top of my cliff at the edge look across the mountains at my camp right now with country music playing. I can't wait. Only two more months... I love camping because I can get away from everything, including people and the city, and be where I'm meant to be. :o
