Contrary to popular belief, fatty foods don't make you fat. Carbs do. Carbs are what give us energy, so when you don't eat them, your body has to use up it's stored energy (AKA fat). So, eat low carb, low sugar (yes, sugar is a carb) foods, and the fat should start coming off. Remember though, that carbs also retain water, so you will be losing water weight as well, meaning that if you decide to eat carbs again, you will gain back the water weight. So once you reach your ideal fat %, SLOWLY start eating carbs again or you'll feel extremely bloated and groggy.
Don't drink a lot of pop.. drink a lot of water. And there's nothing you have to stop eating as long as you eat it in moderation(: Nothings bad for you as long as you don't eat too much of it. Just be sure to eat as much fruits and veggies as you can. Throw them into your meal as much as you can!
