Which is worse? High blood pressure or low blood pressure?

Report as

I believe high blood pressure is worse. It's known as "the silent killer". A person may feel fine, and die of high blood pressure quite quickly. With low blood pressure, there are more symptoms and more of a warning that something is wrong.

High blood pressure is actually worse. It can damage your kidneys.

They are both equally dangerous, its just that you hear of high blood pressure more often...

High blood pressure.

Think of it this way: Usually overweight people tend to have high blood pressure, and skinny people have low blood pressure.

But of course, having high or low blood pressure isn't as healthy as having a normal one. ^_^

PS
I have nothing against overweight or underweight people. I myself hate being underweight, I have a disorder in my thyroid which won't allow me to gain anything. People make fun of me. :(

High blood pressure can lead to a stroke. IMO that is worse. Stokes can leave you incapacitated.
