Should I Still Be Dieting and Where should My Weight Range Be?

I'm 16, female, height 5 ft 6 or 7 inches, and weight 127... I have been dieting for a long time now, and its become a habit to none-stop think about my weight....

Girls between 16 and 17 years typically weigh between 118 and 120 pounds, so I believe you are a good weight. However, you must remember that these are just averages; true weights differ due to differences in genetics and maturity rate. Being 7 pounds over the average does not mean you are overweight.

Your only 7pounds over you can lose that weight like in 2weeks! I was -5pounds over and I lost quick and I danced, ran. Walk and ate healthy :)

A weight of 127 and a height of 5'6/5'7 gives you a BMI of around ~20 which puts you very firmly in the good and healthy weight range.

If you're 16 you're young and still growing so you need all the good nutrition you can get. Make sure to eat a good healthy balanced diet, enjoy an active lifestyle and don't stress about your weight.
