I'm a 16y girl if i workout my upper body( arms stomach sides) will my lower body stay chubby? Like butt and thighs. Or will they lessen

I was assuming that with Abby's and side workouts like hips, my but and thighs would also get results, am i incorrect?

Yes. When working out the only part of the body affected is the parts doing some work. Try working the whole you'll look out of proportion if the upper body is nice and the lower body isn't. Try to think about the statue of the David even though no one is perfect that will give you an idea of what to go for. Actually there are more muscle in your legs. If the you don't work on them you want be able to see your abs. Your abs are only visible if you don't have any body fat covering them.

if you want results on a certain part of your body, then you gotta work it out! you might lose fat on your lower body from exercising your upper body enough, but you wont get any stronger in your lower body

It really depends. Some exercises work lower body too. But if that's not the case then you're lower body might stay the same. It shouldn't get bigger but it won't get smaller as fast as if you were purposefully doing lower body exercises. I hope I helped!

Well it depends on you much fat is on your body if there is quite a bit then working out usually will make you lose a little all over not much though,but honestly full body workouts are the best and squat and running will make your butt and third look amazing.
