Lately,I have been eating alot, for no reason...I don't know how to keep myself from eating...What to do?

uhm, bluntly put, make yourself busy. If you are busy, you wont have time to think about food.
Depends on how old you are, maybe you're just going through a growth spurt.
It's obvious by your picture.... You've lost your head.On the serious side. Drinking enough? Getting enough complex carbs?
Well jut eat healthy. A carrots way less fun to eat than a twix so pig out on those and drinking 7 glasses of water through out the at is no joke, after a month your skin will look great.
Keep your hands busy, like with writing, cleaning, typing, gardening, crafts, etc...
Me too! Me and my friends eat tons! You should see us...but what can we say we love food I'm not gonna stop my self from eating..if I'm hungry! If we start to gain weight then we'll go work out together or something..problem solved.
Just eat healthy veggies and fruit, and you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty.
Weight training solves the problem.
Maybe you are eating because you are bored, nerves or sad? Try to find something to do to keep you busy.
