I would spend the time making a special box for each member left of my family (not many left) with mementos and photos for them with a letter to each of them telling them how beautiful they are and to strive for all they each believe.
Finish the laundry, make all the beds and tidy up the house. Head to the bakery, and get some decent pastries for the funeral. Take a nice shower, and get my hair done. Maybe a nice manicure. Arrange for the mortician to be sure that my face is fixed with a nice smile.
Call everyone i love, tell them bye. Then i'd get my guitar, and amp. Jam one last time with my bros. After, ill go hug my ex for being the greatest person to grace me with her beauty. Then ill go to the docks in new orleans, stare at the setting sun and reflect on the time i've been here. And all of the people i helped and the love and care i gave to those who needed.

Spend time with the people I love, without a doubt. No goodbyes though, I hate goodbyes. I would just enjoy them. I would also like to do one last act of kindness before I died, so that I could go with the knowledge that I did something good with my life.
It would be most important to me to comfort my loved ones by telling them I'm not afraid of death and I'll be just fine, they have been perfect in my eyes so they have nothing to regret, assure them I'll be watching over them and taking care of their other loved ones that have gone before me. And above all, reassure them by reminding them I'm going to be closer to God, so how can that be a bad thing? It would just be like I was going to a foreign country, I couldn't communicate with them, but I'm fine and learning all kinds of new things.
