Is dumpster diving illegal in pa

Report as

Dumpster diving in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is not illegal as there is no specific law prohibiting the act. However, the practice would be prohibited if the dumpster was locked or marked with a no trespassing warning. The recovery of other people's items, such as credit card statements and bank information through dumpster diving is also prohibited.

Yes it is.....also can be noted as vandalizing, just how its written in the books. Make sure the game of dumpter diving ends or else you will a) Get a warning b) get fined with 50-500 dollars c) or arrested. Plus overall you are contradicting yourself, its fun but in the long-run your putting yourself and others in danger with the Unknown illnesses that may be lingering inside...and so unsanitary that it could end you up dying in a hospital bed..think: Pros and Cons and also the end result...that wont be fun.
