When feeling a strep throat coming on, how can I Kill it before it progresses

I've had strep throat twice now. The second happened just days after the first was cured! Now I have finished my second round of antibiotics and it is coming back again! is there anything I can do ay home to stop it from progressing into full on strep throat?

If you are CERTAIN it is strep throat and not just a sore throat, you can't do anything but wait until the strep infection is at the point where you need antibiotics. Not all sore throats are strep throat.... so sometimes just gargling with warm salt water works.

make sure you stay hydrated, (drink LOTS of water), don't talk more than needed, make sure you wash your hands a lot so your body can stay clean. also it's very important you get plenty of sleep and stay rested. doibg this doesn't always stop you from getting sick a lot but it can help you from getting sicker or avoid getting sick at all.

If you've had a sequence of strep throat before, then I would recommend you to visit a doctor for further assessment. In the meantime, taking antibiotics will help keep the strep throat at bay.

Boil water (like you would for making tea) ad put a tbs or two of apple cider vinegar in it and some honey to make it not taste so badly, and down that once its cool enough. That helps rid of most sicknesses before, during, or after, of riding bad germs growing in your body. it's amazing.

See a doctor. They will culture your throat and start you on antibiotics. If it is strep, it is highly contagious.
