I use 4 times the recommended serving of C4 yet I don't really feel a pump. Is there something better I could be using?

You should probably try out another recommended multivitamin brand, since exceeding the recommended C4 dosage is not a good idea. Cellucor Super HD is a good alternative, but you need to get recommendation from your trainer before making any purchases.

C4 is not a multivitamin. neither is Super HD. I'm looking for an good increase in vasodilation "pump". which just a multivitamin doesn't provide.I'm looking more for people to answer who use this stuff and have tried something themselves that works

I just wanted you to know I went and talked to GNC and Complete Nutrition, and your suggestions were guiding me the wrong direction. They told me to try Vein, because I have obviously built up a tolerance to C4. He agreed your suggestion is wrong for me because I'm looking for a good pump with increased vasodilation that I can feel. thank you for your attempt to help, I know it was done with good intention

I'm not looking for so much of an energy boost, I'm wanting a good pump. I use GNC ultra mega wellness daily vitapak, I'm looking for a good increase in vasodilation , which is what creates the "pump".

I talked to GNC and Complete Nutrition, and they agreed that you guidance was incorrect. They said I most likely built a tolerance to C4, and I should try Vein, with 2 scoops of C4. Thank you for your attempt to help, I know you meant well.
